Thick yet compact. Comfortable. I tried to secure the pillow to the airplane seat, was not comfortable…probably because I am short (4’11). But I did use it without the straps, still worked and it was comfortable. Just used this pillow on two separate 10+ hours flights and was able to get some proper rest. It also worked great on long train rides. The reason it worked so well for me is because the pillow can be attached to the seat which means I wont be startled awake by falling forwards or sideways, it keeps you in place. I also loved that it comes with its own case so it can be protected and not exposed to the elements and germs at airports and other places while you carry it, which is something that always bothered me with other pillows. It’s very lightweight and you can roll it in the case and attach the case to your suitcase or bag then wash both the case and pillow cover after each use. Highly recommend and I loved it so much I am in the process of buying more as presents for family members.

This is, hands-down the ONLY travel pillow that has ever been worthwhile. I've tried so many - the Turtl, inflatable, wraps, memory foam - they all have the same problem - you have to use your neck muscles to keep your head up. The brilliance of attaching this pillow to the backrest of your seat fixes the issue. I actually slept in the middle seat of a plane with this! It's also insanely comfortable and you can tell the designers have put an incredible amount of thought into every detail. This is the first and only travel pillow I would actually recommend. I only took off one star because the price on here is very high. I feel it's definitely overpriced at $50 and got in trouble with my partner for spending so much. That said, I'd still buy it again!

Took this on two 6 hr flights and then my two 17 hr flights and it was amazing. I had to sit on most flights in the middle seat, but this neck pillow offered great neck support. I recommend it.

We were excited to try these for our overnight flight to Italy. Unfortunately, they aren't well suited for short / small people. We were able to hook them to our seat head rest but at 5'2", it didn't fit around my neck well. Additionally, the stitching on one of the straps came off partway through our trip so I had to stuff the whole thing in my bag instead of clipping it onto my bag. It wasn't completely terrible but just wasn't the product for us.

Finally was able to get some shut eye on a long flight after years of never being able to sleep on planes. It’s so comfy I’ll probably use it while resting on the couch too!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This neck pillow worked great! I would definitely recommend it! I have neck issues and this worked well for that on both long flights (each over 14 hours)!Neck support:Supported my neck so I could actually sleep on my flights!

Worked better than most I’ve tried. Carrying case is a great feature and so are Velcro straps. Still hard to use on a very long flight.
