Formula Works great..but
Excellent Product..works as advertised but works EVEN BETTER if you empty the contents from the pump spray bottle into a conventional anti histamine type Squeeze bottle (particularly if you have LARGE HANDS)

Amazing
If your clogged up for a year and nothing works, not even medication from your doctor helps the smallest bit.... this is the product for you!Does it feel like you snorted a gallon of horseradish, topped off with some chili powder, it sure does! Does it work, it sure does!I used it once and within 30 seconds my nose cleared up and i could breathe through my nose again; because mouth breathers are ick. Make sure you have some tissue near by for your nose and eyes because they will both drip uncontrollably.

Good product
This definitely clears you out! It didn't help with my overall long term congestion but if you're having trouble blowing your nose it works. It burns but not as much as I expected

I am stunned.
In short, this has been nothing less than a life changer for me. Obviously your mileage will vary, but in my case this really was the difference between mediocre at best sleep always and generally feeling tired and run down regularly, to what has been a massive improvement in my sleep and overall health.I have been dealing with for the last 3+ years what I have come to think is chronic non-allergic rhinitis. A pretty much constant level of nasal swelling with some continuous level of mucus. After the first few months of it I went to the doctor where I was started on steroidal nose spray and told to start trying out different allergy medications to see if any knocked the symptoms back. Tried a few, no dice. Reading the literature (or lack thereof) about long term steroidal nose spray use made me search out other options. Started doing bulb syringe rinses nightly with filtered water mixed with saline packets. This helped flush some and got me to about the same place as the steroidal spray so I stopped using that. But was still having (what I didn't realize until using sinus plumber) pretty bad sleep.Enter sinus plumber. Read some of the reviews about strong burning sensation and decided at this point I was ready to burn my nose out in the hope of feeling better. I think the best comparison I can make is the sensation you'd imagine to get if you shoved horseradish directly up your nose, it certainly has a kick, and that's how you can tell it's working. Within seconds I can feel my sinuses open up, drain, and stay opened up for some time after. The burning sensation drops off after a few seconds and lingers for a little while, but I've come to enjoy that as a sign that it's working. I've integrated this in to my nightly and morning routine with bulb syringe at night and after shower in the morning and it is magical. It hasn't completely eliminated my issues, but it's brought things back to a sustainable manageable state with me feeling much better overall. Also with zero observable side effects, no effect on smell, no increase in bloody nose or anything you might be afraid of when spraying hot peppers up your nose.As a bonus there are internet searchable studies out there on the positive effects on capsaicin and inflammation. This is the sort of interesting reading I find on a known natural substance with proven properties that gets completely sidelined for big pharma products by the medical establishment. I'm not one of those only homeopathic quacks, but you can tell when a scientifically verified natural product has been tossed in the bin in favor of patented money makers.

As a vocalist and narrator, I need to have a clear head. Literally.
Bought these after I bought a different brand. They both contain capsicum. These also state that they are 4x strength and I believe it!🔥😎Add wintergreen and horseradish and this is MUCH stronger than the others that have xylitol. I do notice the ones with xylitol last longer so I use Sinus Plumber first for congestion and allergies. 30 seconds is all it takes! A little later, maybe an hour or two I'll use the xylitol max congestion relief. Something in it keeps the sinus cavity moisturized (IMO).Sinus Plumber is practically a miracle in a bottle and it has a real kick that will open your sinuses. The other brand is useful but doesn't have the immediate effect as Plumber. To be honest, Sinus Plumber is better than expected and well worth the money. One last thing. Plumber has a locking clip that is very useful. (See pictures) No accidental partial sprays. I suppose it is also a minimal safeguard to keep kids away?.I love what this product does and am grateful to G.C., an extraordinary a capella bassist who recommended it.

I thought it worked until I actually had congestion
I was so happy with this product, I felt it was stronger and better than the Xlear Max Nasal Spray with Capsicum as it also had horseradish and wintergreen in it, but for the same-ish price, you get 1/3 the contents. It worked great for some mild congestion, where you can still breath through it, although the results didn't last as long as I had hoped. Either way, I was thrilled to have a nose spray that did not have oxymetazoline as the main ingredient which only helps until it starts making things worse.Well a few days ago, I had some pretty thick congestion or swelling in my nose, and this stuff did nothing to clear through it other than sit on top of the blockage and just burn the surrounding area of my nasal and sinus passages. It literally would not go through. I even took a q-tip through my sinus to push the spray in and kinda clear the way a little in case it needed help. It really did nothing for the blockage. Then I ended up having to take an oxymetazoline based spray for immediate relief. So, while it may work for weaker congestion where it's not really needed, it does not work for serious congestion. It might help for headaches, but only because the slight burn could distract you or your pain signals temporarily, but I don't have experience with that now.The burn is tolerable, even with like 15 sprays sitting in a backed up nostril, think of maybe eating a spicy hot wing, having it go down your windpipe, then coughing to get it out, and it goes into your nose kind of burn. It goes away typically in 30-60 seconds and the bulk of the sting is really only there for an initial few seconds.I had high hopes for this, indirectly convinced my friends I was a masochist because of this, stating it worked, only to find it let me down when I really needed it.Overall, where I once would recommend, I now would not. It let me down.
