As advertised
An excellent tablet, I thought working with Windows 10 and a touch screen would be a challenge. This unit is smooth and very receptive to the touch. The price is excellent in my opinion, and I would recommend it for a purchase.

Perfect tablet with great touchscreen for digital art.
Great tablet pc. Got it for digital art for my daughter to use and she’s been loving the ease of use and size of the screen. With it being refurbished it’s in pretty good shape with no visible or performance issues.

Second failed Refurbishment = Not a Fluke
This refurbished Surface Pro is the 2nd tablet that I got from this company. They were both allegedly Amazon-certified refurbs, and both have issues. The first one arrived with a broken charging cable and NO internal battery. This tablet makes a VERY loud sound coming from the fan, and the battery gets very warm very fast. I need this tablet for school, and I couldn't possibly use this in class as it would be a huge noise distraction. I adjusted the battery to recommended setting, updated, and restarted all like 3 times. Nothing worked. It's going back to this shady company, and I will not purchase anything from them again. They clearly cannot QA/QC...or they just don't care. Huge waste of my time.

Looks and Works Great, Got Keyboard, Crappy Charger
Ok so this works perfect for what I use it for, mainly music composition on the go, art, and some old games here and there.Came to me in great shape with a Microsoft brand keyboard. There are a few scratches strangely behind the kickstand. And though the off brand power supply/ charger that was sent works, it spark really hard everytime its plugged in. For those 2 reasons I gave it 4/5 star. All the negative reviews was offputting when looking at these refurb units but im really happy that I decided to get one. It makes me feel that they are just buying the cheapest one on the refurb list (when I looked they were not listed in good shape) when I opted for one in great shape, payed a little more and had no problem.

Does what it says it does.
Fantastic, runs all the Windows based software I need. No USB-C is the only drawback.

not worth - as a college student
it does the job but i regret buying it. it’s good for taking notes by hand if you buy the pen, but the way to prop up the screen is so annoying on soft surfaces like a bed. or small surfaces like a tiny university half desk. impossible. touch screen is nice, but face ID for signing into anything is a pain. i dropped my backpack too hard one time and it dented the corner so bad the headphone jack is now unusable. it is so fragile it genuinely is terrifying to drop it even a foot above the ground. it’s also so annoying having to charge the keyboard separately. way too many times when i walked into class and the keyboard randomly died with barely any warning and i had to use tablet mode.yeah tablet mode is not good i cant lie, really weird to use. wish i just got an ipad with a keyboard and apple pen instead. even though i HATE apple
