A Handy Fix for Dental Touch-Ups!
I recently tried the Dental Polishing Strips Stainless Steel 4 MM, and they exceeded my expectations. These medium-grit, one-sided strips are excellent for smoothing out minor imperfections like chipped edges or leftover bonding material. They’re gentle yet effective, allowing precise control without causing discomfort. While some users have noted concerns about packaging and durability, I found them to be sturdy and reliable for light adjustments. If you’re looking for a convenient tool to maintain your dental work between professional visits, these strips are a great addition to your oral care kit.

Gentle and bendable, work great!
Worked so well I wanted to make sure I did a review these. I had a sharp point on the 4th small tooth from the front after a recent new filling. I originally tried a nail file only to be left in pain and it didn't do much. I ordered these in hopes they'd work better and they did! So much more gentler than a nail file and more flexible to reach with and bend to the edges for a smooth line. It didn't take long and the sharp edge was done in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Careful when you use it
Quality is as expected but there’s always concern to not over-polish as it will demineralize enamel, leaving a slightly translucent look. Use with care and avoid overdoing it. I am disappointed they don't put a disclaimer to not over do it.

Great product that saved a trip to the dentist
I recently got these Dental Polishing Strips after starting Invisalign treatment. My dentist had filed between a few of my teeth to create space and mentioned that on my next visit, he might need to shave them a bit more if there was any rubbing. Rather than waiting for the appointment, I decided to try these strips, and they turned out to be a game-changer.The strips are well-made and precise, allowing me to gently smooth out any tight spots where my teeth were rubbing. They’re easy to grip and maneuver, which made the process surprisingly straightforward. Of course, this isn’t something I’d recommend everyone try without proper experience or guidance—but having some practice and confidence, I felt comfortable giving it a go.I was careful and took my time, ensuring I didn’t overdo it, and the results were fantastic. When I went back to the dentist, he was genuinely impressed with how well I had managed to address the issue myself. Not only did I save a trip, but I also felt empowered to handle a small part of my treatment on my own. That said, if you’re not familiar with dental tools or how to use them safely, this might be better left to the professionals. For me, though, these strips were a great investment and worked exactly as advertised. They’re sturdy, effective, and just the right grit for light adjustments. Highly recommend them for anyone with the know-how to use them properly—just remember to take it slow and steady!

Tooth files
I lost my before pictures, I wanted to post before and after pictures. But the right tooth was longer and flat, very unsemetrical. And the teeth four teeth around the front two were all longer too. I'm posting a review because this is saving me a lot of money opposed to a dentist trip, I'm buying another pack of 10 provided the price stays the same to start working more on my right top incisor and my bottom four front teeth. Oh and they also worked to file off braces glue. Thank you

Not As Advertised
The strips work quite well, but they did not come in a plastic tube like the product photo. Instead, the strips came in a flimsy paper envelope, and as a result, about half of the strips were bent & difficult to use properly. One of the strips was so weakened by a bend that the strip snapped while it was being used.

Do it.
I have never written an Amazon review in my life and I buy virtually everything here. You're probably here because you have a small chip in your tooth and you're wondering if countless dentist forms and appointments is really worth it, considering 90% of dental procedures are tantamount to medieval torture. Seriously, those guys mostly just cut, yank, crush, saw, drill and saw and beyond full on surgery, you can probably do it at home and have way more control over your pain and comfort levels. This thing brought me to the promise land and smoothed out a minor chip in no time. If you're doubting you can do it, you can do it. Just look up a picture of your damaged tooths internal structure and gage if you think it's so chipped you're encroach on pulp, or even worse nerves. It the chip is obviously superficial and only the enamel, file away friends.
