Very good for overall health
I have been using this product for a while now and found that it gives me an energy boost. It seems great for my overall health. It is good quality sea moss and incredibly good value. I have recommended it to my friends. The ginger, turmeric and lime flavour is one of my favourites.

The best natural boost ever!
I have struggled with tiredness, fatigue, exhaustion and whatever you want to call it for a long time but noticed the difference within a few days of using this. Even when I am feeling tired I still have energy. Where it has been the most effective has been for my exercise workouts. My stamina prior to taking this was poor but post sea moss gel and I'm like the energizer bunny. Haven't quite yet felt effects on libido but this has been my life saver in terms of an energy supplement and boost which I was on the hunt for over the past two years. I rave about it to everyone as if I get commission for it so go ahead and try it - what have you got to lose?!

This freezes really successfully
Having read a few reviews that said this gel starts to smell ‘off’ even when kept in the fridge, but that it freezes successfully, I experimented with freezing it in ice-cube trays. If you use the silicone type, it’s super-simple to pop out a gel-cube to use when you need it. I’ve found that my preferred way to take the gel is dissolved in a mug of herbal tea. Adding the ice-cube has the added advantage of bringing the tea to a drinkable temperature quickly. I’ve only been taking the gel for 3 weeks, but I reckon I’m seeing good results already. My hair & skin have improved, and a knee that had arthritic twinges feels much freer.
