Soft, floral, and sweet
If I was to choose something to compare them to, it would have to be Rose flavour Turkish Delight, only softer and perhaps a little milder. The texture is soft and gelatinous, the flavour is sweet, floral, and mild without being bland. I've found that I like them, and though the price is higher than ideal I think I could see myself buying them again.

Sweet Sakura Squidgy Squares :)
Lovely mochi! Really tasty and sweet and I love the texture, just squidgy slightly-chewy bitesize goodness with a light dusting, and cute packagingOnly took off 1 star because I think it's a bit expensive when it's not on offer, but it's very nice, delivered quickly and you get a fair amount of individual pieces.

Exactly as Described - Delicious
Exactly as described, the texture is hypnotically like a flump, and the taste is softly floral and maybe even slightly nutty. Very more-ish.

Most expensive Rice Mochi ever!
The flavor of this Japanese Candy is exquisite, there are no words to describe the very sweet, delicately flower-flavored Candy.Unfortunately, I'm wary of eating the rest of the packet, because it arrived Selotaped at the top where it had been broken open once. But I had to try it before the rest now has to hit the bin. But Amazon has graciously refunded the product as it isn't sealed anymore.Soft and chewy and very nice. A bit like eating a chewy Bassetts jelly baby in Cherry Blossom flavor. No one else sells this on Amazon.

A blob of sugary nothing
Things I liked:Individually wrappedSubtle Sakura flavourThings I disliked:Everything else akaTexture.I was excited to try some mochi after a long time, but I was mistaken by thinking that it would be stretchy and firm, like the mochi I've had before. This was a small shapeless blob of rice based sugary nothingness - it has the texture of very loose pudding barely held together by the gluten in the rice itself. The mouthfeel of it made my stomach turn. I couldn't get past it enough to enjoy the subtle flavours - and they were lovely and sweetly scented. If, like me, you order this product thinking it might be a texture closer to mochi used in daifuku or dango or even mochi bricks you can reheat, then be aware this is VERY soft and extremely squishy with no stretch and no toothsome feel to it.If you're into this kind of texture, it's for you and worth trying! (or if texture isn't an issue for you- congrats if not, I'm jealous of you!)I know better now, and I'll be sending the rest of them along to my friends abroad as little extras with their birthday gifts - a feat only doable as they are individually wrapped so I can send a few to each one.

Meh and expensive
At nearly £15 a bag I had hoped these would make my heart sing but alas they are a bit meh to be honest. I mean they are OK and perfectly good to eat but not £15 good to eat. My daughter agreed as well especially as I hyped these up as a Christmas present.Just not my bag (literally).
