My doctor suggested to buy it to improve eye health. Taking it daily for a month. I don’t see exactly difference with eyes but definitely have no complaints and in general notice improve of the energy level and digestive system

Worth a shot
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have UC and I read how this can help restore our gut barrier. I only have it four stars because I can’t tell you if it’s working or not. I’ve been using it since end of April. Mind you I have been in a very bad flare, so I’ll keep using it!

No taste, easy to mix with water.
Good size if you want to take it just for a few months. Packaging is also good for traveling as size is not big. No taste, makes it easy to drink. I’ve been buying it for a long time now. Good choice!
