Since being introduced I have started taking these myself and I’ve had superb hair growth myself!

I wanted to love this because of the reviews and hair growth. I only used it for just under two months and I noticed odd side effects. Before I mention them, I know this is what caused them because it started shortly after taking it and then stopped right after I quit the pills. I began have ridiculously vivid dreams, which I’d think the ashwaganha root was to blame. I’ve taken that as a stand alone supplement and I had the same effects. I also had massive bloating. I put on 5 lbs within a couple weeks and every time I ate, I felt insanely bloated. Less than a week after I stopped the Nutrafol, all of those side effects went away. I can’t figure it out completely, but it wasn’t worth it to me.

I have been taking these for over 2 months now and I do see some hair growth near the top/sides near my forehead. These are one of the most popular vitamins on the market right now, but they are rather expensive, so I haven't bought my 3rd bottle yet. I do see substantial hair growth, and new baby hairs coming in near my scalp. I wish they would decrease the price and make a gummy instead of the vitamins, so it is easier to take since you have to take 4. The vitamins have a terrible taste and aftertaste, but I did notice the size of the pill is smaller on my second bottle vs my first bottle. Make sure you are buying the correct bottle per your age group.
